Giving Back

Good for the community (and karma)

We believe in giving back to the community we do business in. To do so, we volunteer time and expertise to local nonprofits and we donate a minimum of 10% of our profits to organizations in the community.

Our donations are mainly focused on programs that help low-income families achieve greater financial security. Programs that include:

• Financial education for low-income kids and families
• Tax filing and assistance to low-income families
• Micro-loan programs in the US
• Individual Development Account Programs
• Post-secondary education
• Small business development programs

In addition, we are proud supporters of CASH Oregon. Through aggressive Income Tax Credit outreach, free tax preparation with AARP Tax-Aide, and financial programs, CASH Oregon provides families and individuals with vital tools and resources to begin building healthy financial futures.

Our donations are made annually and are evaluated based on proposals (by invitation only).

We are proud supporters of  CASH Oregon, a state-wide non-profit organization. Through aggressive Earned Income Tax Credit outreach, free tax preparation with AARP Tax-Aide, and financial programs, CASH Oregon provides families and individuals with tools and resources to begin building solid financial futures. 95% of their clients live at poverty’s edge.

Donations are made annually and are evaluated based on proposals. Proposals are by invitation only.
